El programa est\u00e0 enfocat a comprendre els mecanismes neuronals que originen el comportament hum\u00e0 i el creixement de la ment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><strong>Un dels objectius del curs \u00e9s familiaritzar-se amb 4 tipus distints de configuracions: <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">registres electrofisiol\u00f2gics amb electrodes de vidre individuals (whole-cell patch-clamp and field potentials), <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">matrius d&#8217;el\u00e8ctrodes m\u00faltiples, sondes de silici d&#8217;alta densitat i microsc\u00f2pia multifot\u00f2nica amb sensors de calci expressats constitutivament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">El programa compta amb confer\u00e8ncies d&#8217;expertos locals i internacionals en electrofisiologia, imatges multifot\u00f2niques i enginyeria de biosensors. Es discutiran els fonaments te\u00f2rics de les t\u00e8cniques, com funcionen, qu\u00e8 mesuren i les seues fortaleses i debilitats.
