\"\"To strengthen relations between the allied universities of the European University of Brain and Technology, NeurotechEU, a delegation from the Universidad Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez de Elche (UMH) has visited the facilities of the University of Lille (ULille, France). The UMH delegation was welcomed by ULille’s NeurotechEU project leader, Kathleen O\u2019Connor, and staff from ULille’s International Relations Office. The UMH delegation, comprising the director of the International Relations Service, Inmaculada Blaya, and the project managers at UMH, Maria Jos\u00e9 Such -quality assurance expert- and Sonia Mart\u00edn, spent two days with their French university colleagues.<\/p>\n

With over 10 people involved in the visit, they were able to exchange ideas and working methods within the Alliance. Furthermore, the UMH team gained insight into the University of Lille’s International Relations Office, its Directorate for International Promotion and Outreach, and the shared office for European projects, research, training, and continuous education. The Spanish delegation also attended the monthly meeting of the French NeurotechEU team.<\/p>\n

According to the UMH delegation, NeurotechEU’s French university stands out for its structured approach to internationalization, its innovative approach to pedagogy, and its strategic location in Europe, which enables it to be a leading university in terms of internationalization.<\/p>\n

The European alliance NeurotechEU is a project co-funded by the European Union, aiming to provide the scientific community with a higher education and research centre focused on neurotechnology, with the objective of providing solutions to health problems related to neuroscience and mental health through affordable technologies. In addition to the UMH, the NeurotechEU alliance is made up of seven other universities: Radboud University (Netherlands), Karolinska Institutet (Sweden), the University of Bonn (Germany), Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University (Turkey), Iuliu Ha\u021bieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca (Romania), the University of Lille (France), and Reykjavik University (Iceland).<\/p>\n
