Summer School of Brain Mapping and Stimulation Techniques

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca, an ally of NeurotechEU, is organizing the Summer School of Brain Mapping and Stimulation Techniques from July 9 to 11 – virtually – and from June 15 to 19 – in person. The program covers topics in the field of neuroscience and neurotechnology, such as electroencephalography (EEG), the fundamentals of quantitative electroencephalography (QEEG), visual scanning, and simulation techniques.

The summer school is designed for young researchers to learn about and understand the processes of attention, decision-making, visual search strategies, and the impact of neurological disorders on eye movements and cognitive functions.

Additionally, students will have the opportunity to attend workshops on neuromodulation, where transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) will be presented.
