The University of Radboud, allied with NeurotechEU, organises from September 16th to 20th the Donders Advanced (f)MRI Toolkit. The course objective is to provide a general vision of the magnetic resonance (MR) that can be used in Cognitive Neuroimaging.

The programme, aimed at PhD students and established researchers, is divided into two parts. The first part covers the basic physics knowledge behind MRI and its artefacts; the second part is dedicated to model-based strategies for processing functional MRI (fMRI) images and analyses of functional and structural connectivity. Each day will include a theoretical section and a practical section, the latter based on the use of different programming languages such as Python or FSL, which are essential for fMRI analysis.
