UMH III Workshop on Science Communication: The poster

UMH activities

24 March 2026

Modern scientific development is inextricably linked to its communication; sharing results or ongoing research is essential for attracting sponsors, establishing new collaborations, or generating debate with specialists in the same field and related disciplines. A key tool for all these actions is the scientific poster. With this in mind, the UMH Synapses Club has organised the 3rd edition of the UMH Workshop on Science Communication, specifically focusing on the poster—one of the most widely used formats for presenting research projects.

The workshop, aimed at Master’s and doctoral students, will take place on 9 and 10 June 2026. It will offer practical training on the fundamental principles of designing effective and professional posters. Additionally, the introduction sections will be held online for those who can’t participate in person.
