Synapsium After (H)ours: Beyond the Lab & Through Time

18 February 2025

The students of the Cognitive Neuroscience master of the  Donders Institute, from the allied university of The European University of Brain and Technology, The Radboud University (RU, The Netherlands) organizes the Synapsium After (H)ours, and this year’s edition the theme is: Beyond the Lab & Through Time.

During this event, bachelor, master, and PhD’s students will have the chance to listen to keynote speakers, attend workshops and experience labs, present their research, as well as join panel discussions on current topics.

This year, we dive into the neuroscience of time, investigating how the brain processes and adapts to temporal changes, from fleeting moments to lifelong development. But we also go beyond traditional research settings, highlighting how neuroscience applies to real-world challenges in clinical practice or technology. Whether it’s the brain’s internal clock or the impact of science outside academic walls, this symposium invites you to rethink what happens after hours—both in the brain and in research.
