The “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMF) in Cluj-Napoca (Romania), a member of the European University of Brain and Technology – NeurotechEU, is organising the conference Women of NeurotechEU: Empower, Lead, Innovate in celebration of International Women’s Day.

Over the course of two days, women in leadership roles within the NeurotechEU framework will join researchers, clinicians, innovators, and decision-makers to explore how leadership is shaping the future of neurotechnology, science, and society.

The event programme features keynote speeches, interactive workshops, and dialogue-driven discussions, through which participants will gain leadership skills and a multicultural perspective on the field.
