5 October 2026
The next session of “Get to know your associated partners”, an online talk series organised by NeurotechEU, will take place on 23 October at 11:00 CET. On this occasion, we welcome Bitbrain, a Spanish neurotechnology company driving neuroscience forward through research-led technological innovation.
Delivered by Bitbrain’s co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer, Javier Mínguez, the session will present two decades of pioneering research and development in neurotechnology. It will highlight flagship R&D projects, scientific breakthroughs, and future opportunities for collaborative research and innovation within the NeurotechEU ecosystem.
With over 25 years of experience across academia and industry, Mínguez focuses his research on neurotechnology, brain-computer interfaces, and neurorehabilitation. Throughout his professional career, he has coordinated more than 30 R&D projects, authored over 130 scientific publications, secured several patents, and served as a visiting researcher at institutions such as Stanford University and IE Business School. At Bitbrain, he leads the company’s scientific strategy, translating cutting-edge neuroscience into practical applications. Since 2010, Bitbrain has been developing technologies for brain-computer interfaces, EEG and biosignal monitoring, and AI-driven solutions for neuroscience research and digital therapeutics.
