Santander International Exchange Grants cover research stays so that doctoral students can enhance their academic profile and expand their international network. Now, NeurotechEU students can apply for this grant for stays of up to 3 months at the University of Bonn, one of NeurotechEU’s partner universities.

This grant covers travel expenses and basic costs such as food, accommodation, and transportation, which depend on the country of origin and destination. It also includes family benefits for accompanying spouses or partners and children and up to €300 per month for research-related events.

• A brief description explaining the relevance of this stay to your project and networking goals.
• Project outline (maximum 2 pages).
• Work plan during the research stay (maximum 1 page).
• Invitation letter from the host institution.
• Academic CV (including reasons for any academic interruptions).
• Letter of recommendation from the primary supervisor (template).
